There are approximately 10 parks close by for residents to check out, including Cochituate Aqueduct Trail, and they are very well-spread out, making it very easy to get to them from the majority of locations in the neighborhood. This part of the community is relatively quiet, thanks to the presence of few people out and about on the streets; however there can be more noise for those who are closer to the railway line.
